For those of us who can't get enough of the Ricky Gervais Show, Karlology is a great fix! This book is no different than the last... if not better. As Steve Merchant said, it's a great book to keep in the bathroom LOL Karl's state of mind and wit are a real treat throughout the book, just as they are in the podcasts and old XFM shows. Brilliant :)

I just received this book in the mail this afternoon and I'm already halfway through it, I can't put it down! If you read "Happy Slapped" this is basically the same style, just all new stories. Karl sets off to various places to learn random thing, ie what his brain looks like.
It reads the way he speaks, which is comedy gold and a literary nightmare for snobs, I'm sure.
My only gripe is most of his illustrations retell the same stories that I just read a few pages back. Why not save a few specific stories for the purposes of telling them through illustration? Either way, it's nitpicking because even the few rehashed stories with pictures do their job of making us laugh.
